The Laurels Apartments

As a transplant from Ohio, I couldn’t look at apartments prior to coming down. The team at The Laurels did a great job explaining everything and when I got here, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the apartment and the community. I would definitely recommend them since you never know what you’re going to get in an apartment and management company.

I have lived at many Collier Companies properties and the Laurels has been by far the best place to live! The property is always maintained so well with landscapers coming often ti blow leaves. The trash valet is very helpful, especially when the trash is a far distance. The amenities are always maintained and clean. The community is very quiet and friendly. The front staff are amazing and they are very attentive to any concerns brought to their attention and the maintenance crew are AMAZING and friendly! If you see them out and about, dont hesitate to say hey! They also recently installed a dog park which I have used and is very nice, especially on a cloudy day. I wanted to write a special shout out to our leasing agent Tanairy! From our initial tour to when we came back a couple months later to sign our lease, Tanairy was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process! She truly helped us feel at home in the community from the get-go and played a huge role in convincing us to sign here. I am so excited to move into the Laurels in a few months! Shout to to Kam !! We've lived at Laurels for about 3 years and recently we thought about upgrading to a 3 bedroom 3 bath with the premium finishes. We fell in love instantly with the unit & immediately signed to transfer our lease. Kam was super knowledgeable, provided excellent service and was very patient with us especially me because I had to take work calls while she presented the unit to my partner and I. Overall we loved the experience. They made the transfer so quick and painless and we have a move in date less than a week away!

Not only this place is peaceful and beautiful but the staff here is remarkable. From the front office to the the maintenance staff. We had an issue with our AC unit and Jason D. (Maintenance) was quick to come out and investigate the problem. He provided us with a portable unit and insured that someone would be out to fix the problem. This was on a Friday and Monday morning the front office gave me a call to make sure I was ready because the guys were in route and will be to.my place in the next hour. Gave me plenty time to prepare. Thanks Jason and the front office for making living here as pleasant as possible.
