This community is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a safe, quiet, and clean living environment with top-notch amenities. The maintenance and cleaning staff deserve high praise for their exceptional work in keeping the property pristine. Their attention to detail ensures the grounds and facilities are always in excellent condition. The coffee bar staff are a highlight, consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to make your day brighter. Management also does an outstanding job, from organizing engaging quarterly events that foster community spirit to promptly addressing any tenant issues, ensuring everyone adheres to community standards. Living at the lark was an overall great experience. The amenities are the best in town as they do have very nice pool, grills, gym, dog parks, rooftop, and have coffee baristas. They also offer free community events and bring in food trucks throughout the month. The lark does have a strict policy for guests, pets, and parking. As long as you follow these policies you should have no issues with management. Maintenance is really fast and coffee baristas are very sweet. As per previous ratings, when moving out they will charge you a $600 dollar fee regardless of how clean the apartment is as they use a third party to assess the apartment. After a week of touring spots like The Row, Dominion, and a bunch in Clovis that tried to be “resort-style,” The Lark just blew us away. From day one, the vibe here was different. When we came to tour, we were greeted by Claudia Neri and Evie—two absolute gems who made us feel so comfortable. The property manager Kelly and Claudia Campos are also amazing. This is by far the best complex I’ve stayed at in Fresno!! The Lark staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the hand-made coffee and zumba classes very much. Any maintenance issues have always been resolved within 24 hours. Gym is always very clean. The community is safe, quiet, and full of positive energy. I often see security patrolling when I get home after 9 PM. If you do feel the dedication and effort of the staff here, you won't want to move away!
