The Landmark Apartments

Just dropped a friend off but from the outside looking in... Close apartments right on top of one another EVEN CLOSER THOUGH TO STORES, RESTAURANTS, BANKS, HUMAN RESOURCES, AND MORE! IM TAKING WALKING DISTANCE!! THE RENT CAN'T BE TOO HIGH CUZ MY PARTNER AINT NO RICH MAN AND LIVES OFF HIS SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK... NEVER HEARD IF ANYTHING NEWS WORTHY COME OUTTA THERE SO... MIGHT BE WORTH CHECKING OUT

I went to the property to investigate living there. I spoke with one of the people who lived there and learned some interesting things. Work orders were ignored or took weeks to complete. The staff works on site part time and apparently split there time at another property. Just looking at the yard was enough. Dead plants, lots of weeds, lack of mowing. It is not a well managed property on close inspection. From far away, it looks nice. But look carefully and interview others before commiting to living there.

I feel i will ask about this property and become a resident here. The lady on the phone was nice. I like peace and quiet and this seems to be it. I plan to take a look and make a decision.

A clean apartment, we were looking for a place with wooden floors. This place has it. Water runs, heating and cooling work, the parking lot and garden are maintained well. Jackie and Paul are friendly nice people.

Very nice property. I plant to be a very near future resident . I will inquire about the property for a unit. I like quiet which it what seems to be offered. I also spoke to a resident with good things to say.
