The Landings at Tiger Lily

Have been here for 3 years. New ownership is no better than prior. Maintenance still doesn’t show up when they promise, and nothing gets repaired. Rent went up, service stayed the same. Now we cannot even have a chair on our “porch”. Have not had pest control once since new management took over. Office is a mess. I have submitted my recertification 3 times with the previous ownership and three times with the new(for 2025 alone). Documents were incorrect as staff filled in blanks rather than reach out, or documents were lost. The process for my 2025 recertification took over a year. Sadly we are stuck here for now. Also, I feel it is important to add, my rent has not been late in over 2.5 years. I also have to treat my own apartment for German roaches as my neighbors must have them because

The grounds are littered with trash from an overflowing dumpster, they allow cars to park on grass instead of parking in the abundant parking lot, boards on windows, and poorly run. It’s in a nice neighborhood but they attract many unsavory tenants. If you are running subsidized housing you have an obligation to keep the grounds and tenants clean!

Teresa and Elizabeth Ortiz were SUPER helpful and guided me through the entire application process. The office is clean and nice, and I have had a great experience so far!

I was really looking forward to getting an answer from this place , I walked in there telling them what I needed and they were so nice to me . All I been doing has been sending emails and phone calls and no one is returning my calls or emails , after I was told I would get an answer last week . I’m on the wire of moving and being told I would have an answer last week and no one will pick up a call or email me back . Very upsetting . I had high hopes for this place .

Love this place! So close to everything and the apartments are so spacious; lots of parking too!
