This place is disgusting, infested with roaches and mold they don’t fix anything when u put in request, management is horrible, I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here these apartments are old and need a lot of work

Before Cushman and Wakefield took over as management, my residential experience was quite enjoyable. It has been a nightmare every since. As of 6 months later, I am extremely disappointed with the living conditions and unacceptable maintenance response. It has been over a month since we discovered an A/C water leak and black mold growing in the utility closet. Management has been slow to respond or follow-up properly with the necessary air quality remediation. We have experienced upper respiratory infections, headaches, and a continuous cough with no empathy or solution after several maintenance requests. This is treatment is inhumane. We love living in this community! Our neighbors are friendly. The management is kind and professional. They are doing amazing improvements property wide. We lived in a one bedroom apartment and as our family grew we moved to the three bedroom. Both apartments were more spacious than any others that we inspected on the market. When we moved to the three bedroom it was completely remodeled with gorgeous grey wood flooring. It is so beautiful!

I waited a little bit to submit a review, and now I heard they are under new management so maybe it’s better? However, my husband and I tried to move here in May from out of state, and it was a mess. We signed our lease months in advance, and when we got there our apartment was nowhere near ready, and no definite date was made that we could move in. Kathryn wanted us to get a hotel until the apartment was ready and she would take that off rent, however that gets very expensive! Would have saved me a lot of stress moving states if I had picked somewhere else!

I moved out Aug2022 and I’ve been literally chasing my security deposit since then. I left my apartment spotless and was told nothing was coming out of my deposit. I’ve called and spoke to EVERY single worker and always got told the “manager” will call me back. It’s January 2023 and I still have yet to hear from this manager. I’ve walked in to the office in Nov and was told excuses after excuses not a single answer. I should’ve received my deposit in SEPTEMBER and here I still am waiting. This is ridiculous, manager is never to be found, staff knows nothing. horrible. & to add on, I’ve been getting collection calls saying I didn’t pay them my utilities but I had JEA and ended with a zero balance. They want me to pay utilities from dates that I wasn’t even living there anymore and if I don’
