The Landings at San Marco

I love living here. I believe I’m in my 4th year just signed another renewal. Pam is absolutely one of a kind! She’s straight to the point and actually gets things done! I’ve never once had any problems that wasn’t put first. I mean maybe it wasn’t put first but it felt like I was def put first. She def makes you feel like family and not just somebody who’s paying rent at a complex. The upgrades they have done and are currently in the process of doing are really nice. The new pickleball court with the playground is very clean. By far the most quiet complex I’ve been in and that’s why I haven’t moved when renewing was coming up. Just wanted to say thank you to Pam and to all the maintenance workers who out here making this complex a nice place to live 😌💜 Thank youuuuu

I lived here for 7 months and paid their $1,500 early lease termination fee to move out due to safety concerns. Trash everywhere. Police are frequently here. I saw police here 19 times in my 7 months here. Noisy, dirty, smelly, and unsafe. Would not recommend this place. Only some of the units have been remodeled. I could never use the gym since I had to work when the leasing office was open. They got rid of the dog park while I lived there. Now they offer a tiny patch of extra grass for dogs to play. They got rid of the playground for kids to play while I lived there. Pool is often closed. See pics for more details. I hope this review helps.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! from my apartment ceilings leaking from my upstairs neighbors to roaches to the residents. I don’t really know where to begin when it comes to staying here. It has been constant issues on issues on issues. My ceiling was leaking from God knows what the person upstairs was doing. It took two weeks for that to be fixed. My sink fills all the way up with water and has still to be fixed. The garbage is always overflowing. The property manager is only starting to get better with how she deals with people. I’ve had to report the complex to the BBB! Just to get my toilet fixed because every time something is a request for maintenance it is always low! Every though I only have one bathroom. I’m constantly being upcharged for shit that I never even see done! Oh and after those off

Accommodating wouldn't describe the experience I had, am having and am confident will continue to have here at a place I call home. Pam and the rest of the cast here have been nothing short of a blessing. The apartments are clean, very well designed and the views of the marsh are breathtaking. I couldn't say I have been more pleased with my experience thusfar

Great experience so far! Leasing agent was very efficient and professional, the apartment was very clean at move-in 🫧. And all the neighbors I have met seem friendly.
