Update: The response from owner they do not respond to emails. You should just keep your reply non public. HYATT ROAD IS SO TRASHY. Entrance to community from Hyatt is a trashy situation The paired homes row is over lived. Tons of vehicles. But what is more annoying is cars parking in front of your driveway. If you have an overstock of vehicles- to each it's own. Park away from people's driveways and walk. Why do residents have to be inconvenienced with your car in front of their home??? Other than this. Good airport area. Very convenient

We nearly bought a home here with Century Communities but were immediately put off by a large homeless encampment at the entrance and the unsettling activity around the neighborhood. After using only their financing application, my husband began receiving a flood of unsolicited calls—easily over 100,000—from mortgage companies. It’s clear our personal information was sold, and now we’re stuck having to change phone numbers. Century’s process was a major red flag. So glad we didn’t move forward—it truly felt like dodging a bullet.

Homes are poorly built. Homeless camps all around use. People will try to snatch up your kids. Amenities are barely anything special. Street so narrow you feel bad for having guest. Yeah… I would try a different neighborhood. I wish I did.

Well if you choose to buy here think and do investigate or get your own inspection first was so disappointed never happened what they promised and the pavement of the backyard do awful. after closing they don’t care even some repairs!!! Exhaust of the plane and jet you can hear all night and day even you are inside of the house or maybe it defends where is facing your bedroom near to airport,,, good luck
