The Landings at Gateway

I most say that these townhouses are very nice. The staff is great! I lived in a few places and have never had a property manager that actually engage with their tenants. Katharine is one of the best property managers I've encountered. I see her walking through showing homes and smiling as well as acknowledging her tenants by name. That means a lot! When our kids are outside and she sees them she literally has a full blown conversation with them. Most property managers treat you as just another tenant. But she treats you as a valued person. I would recommend others to consider moving to the Landing at Gateway. You won't be disappointed.

I want to share my great experience with landings at gateway! I was struggling with finding a place for me and my kids. When I applied at landings the manager Katharine helped me so much and made it happen for us to be able to call one of there townhomes our home🙏🏼🩷🩷 I am happy with my home and happy that she worked with me as much as possible with everything she is a blessing that happened to us 🙏🏼🙏🏼now my kids have there stable home and looking forward to live in a great place with a great management team for my whole lease term!!!
