The Landings at Eagleridge

My wife and I lived in the apartments for about 4 years and we had a great experience. The office staff and management were always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff were always friendly and considerate of our pets so we never had any issues with our pets getting out. I highly recommend these apartments to anybody who is looking for a safe and comfortable home.

This place is an absolute joke! The community manager, Mike is so rude. The photos I have attached are just SOME of the garbage laying around. They promote safety for the community but the front gate is broken and has been for months now. Cars are being broken into, and the gate near the newest builds has not worked in over a year. If Mike doesnt like you he will constantly make your life a living hell, I think he enjoys doing that. This place is not worth $1600, save your money and go somewhere else but this place. The appliances are cheap, the service is cheap, maintenance is terrible and the “security” is pretty much nonexistent. If I can rate a zero star I would, so the one star is literally being generous.

Can't speak for all tenants, but for my wife and I, we love this place! All orders are completed in a timely manner, and the management team are amazing. Especially Roxanne, who has been tremendously helpful and understanding, and Mike, who has been very straightforward and kind. Just pay the rent on time and ask before anything is done!

Maintenance did a good job turning over the apartment when I moved in, no corners seemed to be cut. Management was decent enough to work with, though I didn’t have to speak with them except for when I moved in and out. The interior of the apartment was nice. The noise isolation, at least in the newer units at the complex, is awful. The balconies use some sort of vinyl or similar gapped floorboards instead of concrete. This results in noise, such as people talking, echoing up and down the balcony well and passing through the poorly insulated glass doors of other units’ bedrooms. Even worse is how sound from the bedroom and bathroom of the unit above you, through some apparent miracle of physics, seemingly phases straight through your ceiling and into your apartment. This was my first ever apartment after moving out on my own and aside from the pricey rent I have no complaints. Although it is on the pricier side, you get what you pay for and I can definitely say this is probably the nicest complex in town! The staff always made sure to handle maintenance orders in a timely manner and were very friendly .
