The Landings at Cypress Meadows

Office staff is fine and maintainance works quick. But the place is infested with roaches. The day we got the keys there was a bunch of baby roaches in the toilet and we were hoping it was a fluke because we didnt really have another option at the time. Over the course of the next few months the office had pest control try and fix the problem but they wont spray if my cat is there. I cant lock my cat in a crate for 9-10 hours while i am at work and pest control was not solving the problem anyways because still had roaches. We spray the apartment every week ourselves with heavy duty grade stuff and we STILL are killing at least 5-10 roaches a day! There has been roaches in the fridge and the stove and they wont replace appliances even though one of the stove eyes is messed up too. Theres dr

I wanted to start off by saying not only was my anxiety minimized by speaking to the property manager with answering all questions with my concerns but the staff is more than professional. They’re not only pet friendly but they have been amazing with maintenance, answering questions as needed and most importantly NO CRITTERS have been in my apartment and I live one the first floor. The neighbors have been kind to us and we have had a great experience all around. Very cost friendly, being a single mom. Roach infestation. Pool was closed for at least a month during summer. Park is always closed and that was an amenity important to us for our son to play outside. Wall coming apart from other walls in the corners. Water doesn’t drain well. Pest control sucks I literally have camera footage that pest control was only in the apartment for 18 seconds for a 2 bed 2 bath. Appliances infested and not being replaced not to mention me and my neighbor both our stoves have broken eyes.

I just wanted to start off by saying thank you so much David to the assistant manager and Luis the leasing agent who helped me with the process of getting my unit!! Their professionalism and genuine care for residents are rare to find. From the initial tour to signing the lease, the communication was top-notch!

My experience is has incredible. From the time I applied to the time I moved in. Everyone in the office has great customer service and helped me along the way to move in. I am happy I chose this place. The community is a nice community.
