Moving 2,700 miles to a new home is never easy. Not being able to inspect the home in person was my biggest concern, but Fabian in the leasing office went out of his way to ensure any questions I had were answered thoroughly. I’ve lived at The Landings at Coconut Creek for about two weeks now, and from the moment we scheduled our tour to the day we moved in, the experience has been seamless. The leasing office has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. We interacted with every team member during our application, and each of them made sure everything was clearly explained and handled efficiently, our entire application process took just three days from start to finish! On move-in day, we noticed a minor issue with an electrical outlet. We submitted a work order and maintenance was there the very next day, super quick and hassle-free. The amenities are also well cared for; the pool is always clean, and the property is beautifully maintained. We’re truly looking forward to the year

I moved it a while ago and I love the location! I am very grateful for the attentiveness of the team. Thank you Fabian for your quick responses to all my questions via email. I had some minor service requests to the unit at move-in and he handled those very quickly. And a big Thank you to Charlie and Monica for helping me with the first payment of rent via the app. This was new for me so I appreciated the patience and support. The team has been very professional and kind to work with. I already liked the area and now I'm very happy to call this home!
