The Landings Apartments

There are ongoing pest control issues which have not been resolved for at least 6 months; communication gaps exist with getting this issue resolved. The pest control company has switched days with when they are showing up to do the work so there have been communication and consistency issues with them. And, after 6 months of remediation with some improvement, the issue is now getting worse apparently. It is extremely frustrating! Also, in response to the auto generated message below, the solution would be to actually fully address the pest issue instead of having the pest control people show up randomly to do nothing, and remove/move the tenants that caused a building wide infestation for 6 months running. Good tenants will eventually stop putting up with the garbage and leave.

I love living at the Landings! I feel safe and secure in my stylish private apartment while enjoying a peaceful and beautiful setting. I have lived here for 4 years. The management, especially Elena, is helpful and extremely accommodating. To me, this means everything! Bravo Landings! UPDATE: I just moved from my 1 bedroom apartment to a larger 2 bedroom with a den/fireplace. I am absolutely in love with my new apartment and the extraordinary amenities. From signing the on-line lease to the moving day was a smooth transition with all my questions being addressed in a timely manner. The property manager, Elena is an outstanding professional who shows caring and concern for her tenants well being, comfort and happiness. PLEASE Read the negative posts 1st! Everything you need to know is in there. We are about 1 month in and still have yet to have any of the initial issues corrected. No carbon monoxide detector yet, garbage disposal is seized and has not been replaced, cracks in the ceiling (multiple places), tape drooping in the bathroom from ceiling, bathroom exhaust fan needs to be replaced (sounds like rocks grinding together), painters left paint spots everywhere and a host of other issues. We have sent several emails to management with no replies. In my opinion the management company is either incompetent, needs to be replaced or retrained with serious oversight. I could go on and on but take some advice, until anyone does their job RUN 🏃‍♂️ It is definitely NOT worth the money. *Take lots of pictur

We are very comfortable here. Any issues we had were addressed and taken care of promptly. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

Please do not apply to live here. Just big corporations who own these places and DO NOT care about the wellbeing of its residents. I was harassed by a neighbor for months. She was racist, threatened to beat me up on my ring camera and ect. Overall made me so anxious to even live in my own home that I paid 2,400$ for. Office said it was a civil matter so they couldn’t do anything about her harassing me. I do not recommend. Getting an apartment shouldn’t be as hard as they make it and once you get it you should be able to live in peace, especially in Clifton park.
