I have been a tenant for 3 years lately the service has been super the office is very good at taking care of my request. Mariela has an outstanding approach of customer service. I will recommend my community to everyone.

this place is terrible and so is the office staff. the units here have flooring and structural problems and they are slow to fix any issues unless you file complaints with the city. i would take the positive reviews with a grain of salt because it's probably staff members leaving them. please do your research and lookup all the past and present code violations against this dump. if you have a thing for bouncy or collapsing floors feel free to move on in.

I liked the apartment good administration owner: Mariela & Karina have been very helpful and professional, also maintenance is very clean, the property overall it’s nice.

I fully recommend them. Karina has been so helpful through the whole process. Even with the little hiccups I had, she was willing to work with me. She is very efficient and response fairly quickly. She is very personable and made this experience 10x better. Karina thank you for everything you did for me!

Fix your damn complex!! Subfloors are collapsing, people are getting injured, management only cares once city inspectors come out. This place should be condemned to hell. This is an issue in multiple units. RENTERS BEWARE
