Customer Reviews
Lina and the leasing and management team are the best! Top notch service and attention to detail for residents. Looked at other places and this one has a great community, new units, and amenities. Also know if anything comes up, Lina and team will handle - they go above and beyond!
Lived here for 3 years. Nice residence, pretty new building with nice appliances and finishes. The gym is on the smaller side and gets busy during peak hours but has most things you would need. Never really used the rooftop, it's at eye level with the 280 highway, so lot of road noise when you're up there. The fridge in the unit was also pretty small for a 3 bed residence, we had to get a second fridge to compensate. Gas ranges are great though! The master bedroom layout in the apartment we had was also weird and difficult to arrange furniture in there. 2 stars is for the building management. Through the years, have dealt with a few different management teams/companies that have all been incredibly nice, but generally incompetent. I sublet when I moved in and it took over 2 months to get
Very happy with my experience here. Easily the nicest apartment I’ve lived in. Top of the line appliances, 10+ ft ceilings, spectacular view. Management changed shortly after I moved in which I was worried about for a second, but the new team has only improved the building. The coffee shop in the lobby has created an excellent atmosphere (and is run by extraordinary people on a mission). The maintenance staff are excellent, caring and kind (shoutout to Vince and John) and they’ve fixed any issue we’ve had within 24 hours (much faster than previous management who took days), front desk staff is great (Will!). I came here for YC, toured Avalon and Potrero launch and other recommended ones and found the apt at the Landing to be an order of magnitude nice - esp the 8th floor which has high
I am not a resident, and I've so far only had a chance to interact with the leasing agent Lina, but my experience has been wonderful! Lina is super kind, caring, and diligent. About a month ago, a friend of mine and I stumbled upon The Landing, and we were curious about it. She kindly gave us a quick, completely unscheduled tour, and introduced us to the beautiful amenities. More recently, I've visited The Landing again, and got a super helpful, and informative tour of the apartments by her again (scheduled, this time!). I will keep posting as my experience evolves, but so far I can only say positive things about The Landing—and Lina, especially!!
I moved out in May 2025 and didn’t receive any portion of my security deposit until this October, only after months of fighting this and being ignored. Management was shady, unresponsive, and unprofessional, even after new management took over midway through my lease. The maintenance team was lovely and prompt, but management completely ruined the experience. The amenities aren’t worth it. I would strongly advise anyone considering The Landing to look elsewhere, there are plenty of places in the city with honest management and far better overall living experiences.
