The Landing of Clinton

Great size townhomes we had a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath and loved it. The townhomes come with a 2 car garage as well. This apartment complex offers free internet, clubhouse with a outdoor pool, theater room and so much more! Not to mention dog friendly! We had two large dogs! Management and staff are wonderful!

This is the place to rent if you’re looking for a tip notch place to rent that keeps the place updated clean and overall a great family community! I do highly recommend this company! Plus they have been rated number one for 4 years great place

I lived at the Landing for a year, and the staff always treated you with respect and kindness. They greeted you by name and were always willing to chat for a minute or two if time allowed about the community or just in general. Great place to live and I would do it again as the community is quite and everyone makes you feel as you're welcome.

At the landing, I love the sense of having a respectful community, and an environment that feels safe, nice, and welcoming! The management are always patient and understanding as well as friendly and kind. Also to mention the maintenance is on top! They answer service requests as soon as possible, and always get things done in an efficient manner!

Our family is new to Clinton. We knew we wanted to buy a place, but wanted to get a feel for the area before making a lifelong commitment. That led us to The Landing. From the day we moved in til the day we moved out, we felt cared for, safe, and like we got a good deal for our money. Deb was always kind, Tim was always prompt and knowledgeable, and Michael always showed that he cared about our experience there. While we are super happy to finally own a home, we will always recommend The Landing to anyone looking to rent in the area.
