The Landing Luxury Apartments

Let me lead with Melissa and Maria are great! However, I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life with noise im not sure they can help and I never complain the noise this winter is terrible. The worst snow removal company in the world . A dusting and 3 days in a row these guys came at 4am woke me up with snow blowers loud trucks. They leave all their equipment and sand like it’s a dumping ground Do something please!!!! For the record there is a clause legally in Nj Breach of Quiet Enjoyment: Landlords must ensure tenants have peaceful use of their property; excessive noise from neighbors or building issues can violate this right this is terrible absolutely terrible I can’t believe I’m up at 4am on my days off dealing with this over a goddamn dusting for 3 hours this isn’t okay ,

I love this place, moved in 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Maria the leasing agent here is amazing. I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service I received from Maria, From start to finish, Maria was incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative. She made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and keep me updated every step of the way. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend working with her if you’re considering moving into the complex. The manager, Melissa, is rude and unfriendly. Communication is poor, and interaction was unpleasant. If it weren’t winter, I’d have already moved out — definitely leaving at the end of my lease. Very disappointed with the management at The Landing Apartments, Hazlet, NJ. May be staying only due to the nice and friendly behavior of Maria and Mike.

I LOVE my apartment. I have never had an issue with the people iny building.I have lived in this complex for the last 4 years. Yes some things changed that I wasn't that happy about. Yet I haven't always been the best tenant either. And within reason they have worked with me. So i don't have an issue with the current staff. I feel very safe here and intend stay for the long haul. 🙂

Lovely apartment inside and quiet but I am definitely paying the price for it my major concern is being locked out of my building far too often. It is getting to be ridiculous, it gets fixed and then it happens again. I am damn near paying $3000 and this is unacceptable! We need a permanent fixed now. I get home from work and I can’t get in the building!
