The Landing at Woodlawn Tower

Working with the Marcie was a really positive experience. From the beginning, she was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about the lease and the property. Her communication was great, and she made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and easy. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right place to live. I really appreciate her kindness and dedication, and I would definitely recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new home.

Gets sold to a new slumlord every other week. Dead trees loom over you and threaten to fall. There is a persistent smell of garbage in the hallway from months ago when a tenant was evicted. Thick sheets of ice cover the walkways in winter, and a carport collapsed this summer.

Very happy with my apartment. The process from application, to lease, and keys in hand was smooth. The landlord Marcie is very professional and in general a very nice person. And the maintenance team are all great people as well who get your work orders done in a timely manner.

We have been here at The Landing Apartments for two years and since Marcie took over. Everything has been smooth. Maintenance requests are always resolved quickly. Marcie has been super nice and is always reliable. We are transferring to a different unit and she has made the process real smooth. I’m glad she is here to help us with that. Highly recommend.

I've been living at The Landing At Woodlawn Towers for the past four months and I absolutely love it! The management team ( Marcie ) is always so helpful and responsive, and the maintenance staff is excellent. They always respond quickly to any requests and are very professional. I also love the community here - everyone is friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend living here…. Very clean community, pet friendly, upgraded units, and AC for these hot summer days.
