The Landing at Vancouver

I lived at the Landing in 2020-2021. Over 4 years ago. Approximately 2 months ago, I received a email in the mail stating that I owed them $1700 for move out cost associated with the apartment condition when I left. 4 YEARS AGO! At no time had previously received any communication about fees being charged me for condition. I was made aware that they were taking my security deposit. After four years, they are threatening to take me to collections for a balance. They never told me that I owed. They haven’t provided pictures, although I have mine! I repeatedly asked for itemized statements explaining the charges for example a new washing machine “frame” for $400. I have been ignored on my first email request. And since told that management will reach out and hasn’t. They are actively violati

Lived here for five years and would have signed another five year lease if my partner didn’t get a new job. Lupe was always an absolute delight to work with. When I deployed to Iraq, she went above and beyond for us. My apartment was up to date, clean, and modern. Maintenance requests were almost never needed but they were always quick to respond when I did.

My time at The Landing has been nothing short of amazing. Going on my 5th year, and unfortunately because of work circumstances, I’ll be relocating. Lupe, Jacqueline, and Shannon are extremely considerate, professional, and attentive. You really couldn’t ask for a better management staff. The grounds are extremely well kept, and maintenance is always on top of any concerns. I’m sad to be relocating, but would recommend anyone to rent from here.

Nice apartment building, spacious, clean and new on the inside. Nice simple landscaping outside. I appreciate the gates at night, made me feel safer about packages and the cars. The courtyard has lots of grass for dogs to go. Really never had any problems with maintenance or management however we really didn't need either. We occasionally heard people walking in the apartment above us, overall very quiet. The best way to use the amenities is not at all. The hot tub fits 4 people, and was broken the entire time year. The gym is not usually busy but is very small with limited equipment. The pool is nice for kids and lounging, so we did that sometimes. Lived here for a year. Overall more peaceful than loud about 90% of the time. Feels very safe. Maintenance responds quickly and is nice. Workout rooms are a bit sparse but can't complain much about free amenities. Apartments are cozy and apartment grounds are kept clean.
