The Landing at Meadow View

I have been living at The Landing at Meadow View for the past two years. During that time, new management took over. The new property manager, Kimberly, has made the transition very easy and has done a fantastic job! She is very responsive and ensures that issues are resolved in a timely manner. Recently, she has been organizing events and activities for the community, which I think is a great way to get to know everyone who lives here. Overall, the complex has plenty of amenities to offer and is a nice, quiet place to live. I would definitely recommend living here!

Absolutely STUNNING apartments, extremely fair priced, and very luxury! They really thought of everything; a yoga studio, 24/7 gym (kid friendly), fire pit, vending machines, top security, and more! We're from Jersey and they just don't have places like this. So, we really loved staying here, and the team onsite was there for everything we needed, fixing our fan, kitchen items, etc. Thank you Kimberly for being amazing to work with! You made it that much easier to say YES to the Landing!

My son lived there for a year and never asked for anything to be done in his apartment. Yes the buildings and the area is awesome, but when he moved out the staff completely ignored him about retrieving his deposit. If he would’ve left his apartment torn up, they would be burning his phone up wanting repair money. Actually, they wouldn’t burn his phone up because he has integrity and would pick up the phone. Y’all are missing a great opportunity here to make your facility the best around. I’ve made a living in public safety and excellent customer service was a must. So I’m very disappointed with them holding his money, he needs it. Pick up the phone James!!!!

Beautiful community, with tons of nature around and packed with great amenities. Our community manager (James), was always on top of our requests for maintenance and was always very punctual and friendly. Nothing but good things to say about this place during our time spent in Bridgeport.

I’ve lived at the landing since July of 2025, it’s a very nice clean place and in a good central location.
