The Landing at Fancher Creek

If I could give zero stars, trust me, I would. Living at The Landing wasn’t entirely terrible; despite the pests, the trash issues, and the parking situation, the neighbors I had were actually calm and kind. However, the worst part began the moment I moved out. I left my apartment in perfect condition, yet they still kept my $500 deposit without blinking. But wait, it gets better. They also tried to squeeze an additional $250 (give or take) out of me with a list of completely unjustified “repairs” that the apartment did not need. Truly impressive how creative they get when it comes to inventing charges. Without shame. They clearly count on tenants not fighting back. After disputing every ridiculous line they threw at me, they magically dropped the total to around $159. So yes, I ended up

Thank God they changed office staff. Work orders weren’t getting done, pest issues were not being taken seriously and they were just rude. New manager and staff started and work orders that I had been waiting on were finally resolved. Pest issue was addressed and finally have not had issues. When you go in or call, the staff is very welcoming and professional. I hope it continues like this. The property in itself is nice and I like that we have everything nearby/walking distance. The school, markets, restaurants and freeway access.

Greetings, I have to post this to let the Fresno County Service Officers know as American Disaboed Veteran how this apartment complex the landing just treated me. The management staff did not notify me that my lease expired and negligently charged me a month to month lease deal I did not even know occurred. Very unethical and people need to be made aware of this malicious transaction so other veterans do not move to this place. I was ill and there was no notification of the sort of damage they caused me. They claim to want to help veterans however to cause extreme emotional distress is very cruel for management to conduct themselves like that. I’m so disheartened by this that they would do such an egregious treatment is unheard. I’ll be going to the news of course to make sure this does no

Don’t let that 1 month free sign fool you. My sister actually broke her lease how bad it is there’s ants and cockroaches here bums go in your trash at the dumpsters the teenagers there are a nuisance they don’t respect peoples doors and litter everywhere, the parking sucks they drive so fast here just horrible they also tow your cars the first night my sister moved in her brand new truck got towed so I highly suggest my sistersdog even got sick cause there’s so much stray dogs and there’s so much cats that your dog will develop a sickness. My sister‘s dog was throwing up diarrhea and much more.DO NOT 🚨🚨🚨RENT HERE This place is horrible
