The Landing at Coventry

I recently moved to The Landing at Coventry, and I absolutely love living here! The entire community is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make all the difference. Every question or request I’ve had has been handled quickly and efficiently. The property is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. Ford and Halle went above and beyond to make this experience so great and the move-in process so easy! It’s rare to find a team and property manager who are this attentive and dedicated. Thank you! I highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!

We absolutely love living at The Landing at Coventry! The property is always beautifully maintained, the grounds are clean, and any work orders are handled quickly and efficiently. Ford, the property manager, is incredibly attentive and responsive to every request. We truly appreciate his dedication and couldn’t be happier to call this place home!

The property manager Ford and the assistant property manager Cassandra were excellent at helping me find my perfect home. Hopefully I'll be able to rent here until I go to a nursing home. The location is perfect. It's walking distance to the grocery store. There's a pizza place. There was a wings place. There's sushi gasoline. Everything is so close for the seniors who like to walk. I highly recommend this facility. It's brand new. I haven't been able to meet any neighbors yet as I just have moved in but it exceeded my expectations when I left Minnesota. I feel at home here and they've been more than accommodating. I wish my movers would have been more respectful of my property. They dropped several boxes and I would not recommend them. Ford and Kasondra have been amazing—they’ve gone out of their way to answer my questions and make the move-in process easy.
