The Landing at Centreport Apartments

Ive been renting here since February/March. For the most part things seem fine. Though there are 2 major issues, and the fact that they are so dismissive and unwilling to resolve is troubling, infuriating really. First being that im paying 100 more for rent than what was originally contracted. The second issue was when the circuit breaker and wiring became faulty. I was gone over a work trip, came home to discover my fridge was off and all my groceries spoiled, mold had grown. Despite being the fault of the apartments, they refuse to help or compensate with the damages. Telling me, despite their faulty apartment, I was responsible for having to cleaning the moldy fridge aswell take a loss on all of the groceries that spoiled due to faulty wiring. Theres plenty of better apartments at this

We have lived here at the Landing fior almost 2 months now and so far it has been a great experience. The application was a long processed however with Amanda’s assistance and patience we got through it. They also have a halloween and xmas decir contest w/c can get you credit on your next month rent if you win. I am so blessed that I have won the xmas contest!! Thank You Amanda and Maggie for making our stay here enjoyable and fun. Your complex is truly an upgrade from the place we previosly lived! Amanda, You are an asset at The Landing, thanks for your warm welcome!

I moved in a few months ago and absolutely love it here! Amanda and the team are so welcoming and made moving in stress-free. The community feels safe, well-kept, and already feels like home. Highly recommend!

Living here has been a great experience. The community is clean and quiet, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff genuinely care about the residents. I’m very happy with my decision to move here. Amanda has been very helpful. I highly recommend this property to everyone.
