The Landing Apartments

Me and my girls stayed here from April 2018 to April 2019. Never had any major issues. Maintenance was fast and friendly. Yolanda in the office was always nice and smiling. My girls want to stop bye just to say hi to her. Place was clean and the neighbors were nice. Only reason I moved out was me and my fiancé found a house. I’d live here again.

I went apartment hunting and found these apartments based on a friends referral. I was greeted by the leasing agent Denitra, who was very sweet and super polite. She took me on a tour of a very nice, spacious, deluxe 2 bedroom. It was gorgeous!!! The community was so clean and well maintained. I ended up not moving because I will be relocating out of town due to my job. However, I would definitely recommend this community to anyone who is in search of a big, nice 2 bedroom apartment.

I love it here. I have lived here for 5 years and couldn't be happier here. Dewayne, the maintenance man, is excellent and gets to the problems ASAP. I love this place

I have lived here for over a year and a half. However, I live in one of the individually owned condos. So, my experience is different from others living in the surrounding apartments. I love it, it's quiet for the most part, clean, and a respected community of individuals.

My ac went out and they still havent fixed it. They told me either today or tomorrow morning and its been going on for the past 2months and still going on. So annoyed with the management here and the maintenance people lying to me about fixing this problem. I wouldnt waste your time trying to get a place here. If you want a place to call home i would go elsewhere. I dont even feel safe living here after someone got shot and killed here. They been saying they were going to install cameras in since February but still nothing. All the promises they tell you but never live up to them. This place deserves no stars really, going through what ive been through living here.
