The Lakeside Townhomes

This place is going downhill fast, cost is very high, tenants double park in front of the units, management is inconsistent with rent contracts. One person says one thing, another says something very different, highly recommend looking at other options. Management yells at its clients, literally screams at you over the phone. Also makes false legal claims against its tenants, far from “professional property management”

Very unprofessional, very poor communication skills and Pat who works at the office should just be ashamed for leading people in the wrong direction and failing to do her job to enlighten people of the stakes they are taking.

Horrible customer service!
