The Lakes Bellevue Apartments

I have lived in Lakes Bellevue for last 1.5 year and my experiences have been amazing. I only left because I moved out of TN. The leasing team, Sophia, Joe and staffs are super supportive. The service issue addressings were prompt and the staffs were super easy to work with and friendly. Whenever I had issues like fuses light, clogged sink, etc; I never had to wait even 24 hour to get the issue solved by the team. I have enjoyed my summer, winter and fall surrounded by amazing tree colors, cute ducks and calming lake. Super comfortable gym and pools. The price is completely worth it!

It’s pleasant to live here, with such a quiet and nice environment. My leasing agent Brian is the best! Super thoughtful and supportive! He is so professional and responsible as he always responses timely and try to solve problems proactively whenever I have questions or need help!

Lakes Bellevue has been an amazing place to live. The community is incredibly friendly, and the staff is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The property itself is beautiful year-round—surrounded by trees and wildlife, it genuinely feels like a peaceful escape that doesn’t feel like Nashville at all. The only downside we experienced was an unexpected spider situation (they really made themselves comfortable 😅) We were seeing anywhere from 2–7 spiders a day, but once we brought it to management’s attention, they sent pest control almost immediately and resolved the issue. Location-wise, you really can’t beat it. We’re close to TJ Maxx, Ulta, Aldi, HomeGoods, and so many other spots, plus only about 20 minutes from downtown. The Lakes is overall, a good place to live. The leasing office and maintenance team are wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, the community amenities are nice. I loved taking walks around the property and it was gorgeous as the seasons changed. My neighbors were friendly and it was so amazing being close to grocery stores and restaurants. My actual unit was mostly great, there were a few minor downsides: I had pest challenges with tree roaches, ants, sometimes even a moth or two. Each time I brought this to the attention of the leasing office, they did respond quickly and get it taken care of, it was just not ideal to be experiencing it in the first place. Great place...if you're non-African American. Love the unit itself and helpful staff, but I hate that I can't enjoy the community aspect of it nor the amenities. When you have neighbors that actively avoid you, rush inside when you come outside, look at you strangely when entering shared spaces or just walking around the complex, it doesn't make you feel welcomed. This is unfortunate and reflects society more than it does this apartment complex, but it's unfortunate because this does lead me to looking for housing elsewhere where I feel more welcomed.
