The Lakes at Suntree

I’ve had a great experience at this apartment complex so far. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. The maintenance team responds quickly to requests and always does a great job. I’m really happy living here and would definitely recommend it.

the place is alright, we moved into a 3 bedroom from a 2 bed. and are sorely disappointed. the place is falling apart. Trim is falling off, carpets were stained, leaks, mold, bugs... and the rent is ABSURD. it may be on par for the area, but it's over the top. We're paying over $2400 PER MONTH. now.. they ARE responsive with any requests you make, they take care of the property, and most everyone in the office goes out of their way to be nice. but the rent... forget it. we've been here 4 years, going on 5 and every year the rent skyrockets.

Moved in on April 1 2021 and have nothing but great things to say about this place! Office staff is absolutely amazing Brian and Eric are extremely helpful and the maintenance staff Peter especially is by far the best in the Area!!! So happy to call this place home…. New stuff all the time in different areas for example this wonderful hammock by the pool… if you’re looking for a great place to live with very friendly people this is your place

Love it here at Lakes of Suntree! The maintenance is fast responding and very professional! The office staff I couldn’t have asked for a more better welcome! They were always there to guide me through the apps and getting setup and can’t thank them enough for putting up with all my questions!

We moved into the Lakes at Suntree in the Fall of 2015. I have to say, this was really the best apartment living experience we have ever had. The apartments are older, but there is peace and nature all around, the community is sitting on one of the most beautiful locations in Viera with golf or water views for many of the apartments. The staff from Maintenance staff, to Property Manager to Corporate do truly care about the property and their residents. This was our home, I will miss all the birds! The Reason for 5 stars is that there is true heart in this place and we loved it. This was the view from our front porch. check it out.
