Who doesn’t like to visit an Open House? That’s exactly how I stumbled upon The Kogevinas Group. We needed to move and had to sell our house and condo. It’s was a bit of a struggle because we hit a lull in the market before the 2024 election, so we missed 2 houses that met our location and price point. The Kogevinas Team marketed both our properties and had countless Open Houses where we were successful in selling them! The Team also negotiated the purchase of our new home and with all the inspections that were required. All while we were in France! It took many months but the bonus was we got to know everyone very well and they became like family. I often just stop by their office to say hi as I miss them!
