The Knox Apartments

I was one of the first tenants to move into a newly constructed building at The Knox. Within just one month of residency, my unit flooded with raw sewage that originated on the fourth floor and impacted all levels from the top floor all way to the ground level. Given the building’s brand new construction, such a failure suggests serious underlying issues with design or workmanship. My renter’s insurance ultimately denied coverage, stating the cause of damage fell under the property’s responsibility. However, The Knox declined to accept any liability and instead offered a $500 reimbursement — a gesture that fell far short of addressing the extent of the damage, the health risks, and the disruption to my living situation. They paid for a moving company to help get everything into a new unit

I recently had the pleasure of touring The Knox with the assistance of the lovely Savannah! My husband & I arrived about 15 minutes early for our appointment, & we waited a total of maybe 5 minutes to be taken care of completely. She apologized for our wait, but she was still early for our appointment! Savannah was running the whole thing by herself seamlessly, & she answered all questions I had, as well as other residents, with such grace. She was immensely helpful, & this played a huge part in us deciding to call The Knox home. Thank you so much, Savannah!

​I lived at The Knox Property for over a year and had a wonderful experience! The social areas are spacious and beautiful, and the location is excellent—close to supermarkets, dining, and even the Woodstock Outlet. We only moved because a new job was closer to the Atlanta airport; otherwise, we would have definitely stayed. ​What truly made this a 5-star stay is the excellent administration and diligent staff. Erin and Cassie were exceptional. Erin was always very diligent, ensuring smooth operations. Cassie especially made a huge difference. From the day she helped me rent the apartment to my move-out, she was always friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. Her great service was a key factor in choosing The Knox. ​Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing experience living here for the past year. The apartment was beautiful and the staff was more than helpful. I had one maintenance issue in my entire 13 month lease and it was resolved within 24 hours, the staff was so helpful and professional, the amenities are beautiful, and the resident events were the best. If I was not moving due to work I would have stayed as long as I could! Highly recommend.

I loved living here I had a great experience! The community is quiet and they have a lot of fun activities each month to do with other residents like bingo or free food. It feels very safe here and clean. Maintenance takes care of everything if you ever need something it’s very fast unlike other places can be slow. The free coffee including cafe mocha, espresso shots, cappuccinos, vanilla lattes, hot chocolate, and seasonal brews like a pumpkin spice latte for fall. They’re all delicious. It’s a safe area to walk/run. The gym and pool are both nice and kept well. They have a package room for your mail and notify you once you’ve received something. Parking is the only thing I could say wasn’t 10/10, but that’s anywhere especially when people want to live here. You might have to park not rig
