We had the good fortune of working with Beth Ingebritson for the purchase of our home on MDI. Beth is an incredibly skilled agent. Through the lengthy process she remained engaged and focused. At every showing she gained a better understanding of what we were looking for. During the purchase she went above and beyond to insure that the we had a clear picture of the condition of the house. She lead us through a negotiation process that insured we paid the best possible price. In the end we paid a fair price in a difficult market, and we owe it all to Beth.
