The Knolls Apartments

I’ll start by saying this place was an excellent choice for a first time move to Nashville. Yes it’s a 20 minute drive to the city but for someone who doesn’t mind driving it isn’t the worse. The area HAS EVERYTHING you need (Walmart, dollar tree, food, amazing taco trucks etc.) the community of the apartment is walkable, clean, nice pools, nice gym and friendly leasing agents who sold me when I moved with their upbeat and FRIENDLY attitudes, they were so helpful during my time as a resident and even left me a gift card and extra goodies when I moved in. Maintenance was also always quick! However……… the only major issue I had and suffered so dearly from was roaches. I complained and called maintenance so many times and nothing seemed to work. My building was 2, apt 116. DO NOT MOVE INTO T

The events here are so much fun and very well planned out. We look forward to going each time and love seeing everyone. Highly recommend, there’s something for everyone!

I toured this property, Everyone I interacted with was an absolute delight. The property was INSANELY clean, and fell in love how well kept the greenery is. I LOVE the gym there!! way better then the complex i currently live at! and YALL THEY HAVE 2 POOLS!! I would choose this property from how well the customer service was from start to finish! Thank you all again for being amazing and also suggesting great places to eat, and go experience too! truly doesn't go unnoticed!

Residents, rest assured your office staff is on top of things! Fastest communication and cooperation of any office staff I’ve interacted with. Damon is 10/10 🌟🌟🌟

I’ve lived here for around 6 years now and I don’t plan on moving any time soon! Alaina is a god send and goes out of her way all the time and that is soo appreciated !! Everyone is always entitled to their own opinions but I love the knolls apartments !
