I lived at The Kingston for about 14 months, and although I am moving back to my home country, I truly feel that if I were staying in the U.S., I would have continued renewing my lease and living here. The apartment is very well maintained, and all common areas are always clean and well cared for. Security is excellent, and I consistently felt safe living here. The neighborhood itself is also safe, and the residents are friendly, warm, and welcoming. Whenever I had a request or needed assistance, the leasing office responded quickly and efficiently, always handling things in a kind and professional manner. Their responsiveness and friendliness really stood out and made living here stress-free. Another big advantage is the great location. There is a grocery store right across the street,

I have been a resident at The Kingston since August of 2025 and I have truly enjoyed being apart of this community. While, I don't attend many events, The Kingston strives to create a sense of community by hosting fun events like game nights. I would love to do a trivia night! I think there are many different age groups that occupy the apartment (Families, Singles, Couples, College students, etc.) and yet, The Kingston Fosters such positive interactions with each of the community members here. Also, the staff here is incredible. When first arriving, there were a couple bumps that needed smoothing out and they were quickly handled in a professional and timely manner. They strive for excellence in every way they can. I also LOVE playing pickleball when it's warm out...please let this cold

If you’re looking for a place in the Columbus area, definitely put The Kingston on your list! I’m about to move in and the experience so far has been fantastic. The leasing team has been incredibly kind, responsive, and just genuinely great to work with. Huge shoutout to Abbey and Elizabeth! They’ve been absolute gems throughout the entire process. From answering my many questions to making move-in feel smooth and stress-free, they’ve gone above and beyond. You can tell they truly care about residents and want people to feel excited about living here! I’m already feeling great about my decision and can’t wait to officially call The Kingston home. If you want a place with great vibes and an even better team behind it, this is it!!

I’ve recently moved into The Kingston here in Upper Arlington & it has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The location is incredibly convenient & I feel safe walking around the area at any time of day. The community has a calm atmosphere that makes coming home feel like a little exhale after a long day. The management team & residents have been nothing but kind, responsive & welcoming. It’s the type of place where our community truly cares about keeping the energy pleasant. The building itself is impressively clean, both inside and out. My apartment was spotless when I moved in & the common areas are well maintained. The amenities are a huge bonus too! The gym is well kept, the resident room is a nice space to relax & the Starbucks espresso machine has quickly become one

We lived at The Kingston for 13 months and had no regrets throughout our time there. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; the units and building are new, clean, and quiet; the amenities are top tier (easy parking, nice gym, 2x courtyards with seating, pickleball, grills); and the location is situated in a very convenient spot in Upper Arlington. I would highly recommend!
