The Keys at 17th Street

The Maintenance team at The Keys are great and fantastic! A HUGE thank you to Brian, Edwin, Ben and Jerry for all of your hard work and everything you do to keep our community running smoothly! Happy Maintenance Appreciation Day!! I have had 2 great experiences with Brian. He has fixed several things in my apartment and is always so nice, friendly and fast responding. The Keys is amazing! Every aspect of my experience here has been wonderful. Plenty of parking. Great amenities- indoor and outdoor pools, clubhouse (with occasional events hosted by leasing office), indoor pickleball/racquetball, dog park, playground, tennis courts, grills. The community feels safe and neatly kept. My interactions with the leasing office have been wonderful, and any issues/maintenance requests have been dealt with quickly. Would highly recommend!

I have lived here almost 3 years and I absolutely love it! It does not have a "complex" feel but more so that of a family community. It is very safe, quiet and with great neighbors. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, as are the pools. Management, especially in the last year, has really stepped up their game and have done an outstanding job with creating fun and unique events for everyone. They are also extremely responsive and professional. This is by far the best place to rent in Wilmington, hands down!

My wife and i have been here now for little over a year and we love it!!! Office ladies are the sweetest and have made sure we were ALWAYS taken care of. They do fun events like food trucks, workout/yoga classes, holiday events, etc! The maintenance crew is always thorough, friendly and on time and hardworking completing the job a hundred and ten percent!!! WE LOVE IT HERE!!!

I have been a resident here for seven years. I moved down from Michigan and I very much like the community feel. The grounds are beautiful and always maintained. Mature trees and landscaping makes it a beautiful place to live. The amenities are nice, the pools well maintained and club house a great spot for meeting others, hosting events and in general an attractive facility. There was a time a few years ago that the management and maintenance staff felt a bit tired. Our new manager and staff are doing a great job. Overall, the Keys has a neighborhood feel.
