It's unfortunate that I have to go to such measures to identify the bad qualities of a realtor by the name MARLEN PEREZ. I was in distraught to find myself allowing this monster of a realtor inside my home for a 'professional photoshoot'; which really meant she was paying a man off the street to take a few pictures inside my home. I arranged for my partner to take the day off in order to attend to any needs she may have through out her photoshoot, however, this did not stop her from doing as she pleased. She began to move things in & out and left a trail of a mess wherever she passed. My partner gave me a call to advise what was going on and how there was no consideration of our personal belongings.
