Shawn Sullivan is the most unprofessional real estate agent I’ve ever encountered. I reached out to Shawn to schedule a tour for a property I was extremely interested in. She confirmed our appointment for the weekend, and I rearranged my schedule around it. The morning of the showing, she never showed up. No message, no call — nothing. When I reached out, she offhandedly mentioned the property had gone under contract the day before. Later, I discovered on her own business social media that the property had actually gone under contract and completed its walkthrough weeks earlier.
