The Kensley

I've recently applied at The Kensley, and was approved. Let me start by saying from beginning to end the application process was seamless and smooth all due to Mark and his expertise and professionalism. He answered all if my questions and I had plenty! Never made me feel like I was a bother. He walked me through all of the application process until the approval. He communicated every update to in a timely manner. I'm not from Jacksonville at all and he answered questions about the surrounding areas the neighborhood etc. I can only hope that this is a glimpse into what I can look forward to in living here, if so I am in good hands as Mark is a great example. I'll be updating in a couple of once I've moved!

The reviews don’t lie, I’ve really come to love my apartment here, and I haven’t had any complaints so far. Everything from the application process to move-in has been smooth and easy. The maintenance team is responsive, and it’s just a really nice place to be. I also want to give a special nod to Mark for being super helpful throughout the whole journey. He was there from the start and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. So, big thanks to him for making me feel right at home!

My name is Ms.Smith & I felt compelled to leave a review after visiting this property this past Saturday searching for a new home for my family & I. I was greeted by office manager Mark! From the moment I walked through the door accompanied by my fur baby he made us both feel welcomed. Marks personality was the absolute best! His upbeat spirit and professionalism was nothing short of amazing. Although I did not apply due to certain amount of space that my family & I need, I’d still highly recommend this place! The upkeep of the property is impeccable & with Mark managing the property you are in good hands 10/10

I would not recommend living here. Management has mixed up my rent payments with other tenants, which is extremely concerning and unprofessional. There are ongoing maintenance issues, including mold around the windows, and problems are not properly fixed — they are either ignored or temporarily patched without resolving the root cause. If you value clear accounting and timely, effective repairs, I suggest looking elsewhere. Do not waste your money. If I could rate them negative 0 I would

Throughout the entire process of moving my partner and I into the area, Mark was really helpful. He was hilarious, compassionate, competent, and hospitable. Thanks to Mark's diligence, The Kensley accepted my lease in two days, whereas we were experiencing problems finding apartments and they were taking two to three weeks to approve a lease. I would suggest looking into The Kensley's apartments if you're searching for a place to live. Thank you, Mark. May God continue to bless you.
