The Juncture Apartments

Myself and children toured the property today with Humberto. The property was beautiful, very clean, felt safe and every staff member we came across was so polite and professional! Humberto was exceedingly patient polite and knowledgeable. I was left with no questions about the property or rental process because he was so thorough! I hope to make the Juncture our new home in a few short months! Very impressed overall.

I had an amazing experience visiting Juncture Apartments today. It was by far the best leasing consultant experience by Humberto Reyes. He had amazing customers service with everyone who walk through the door while still making me feel special in giving me a tour and providing me with the information I need it. Its been few years now living in Juncture, as of now amazing experience. People here are kind and respectful specially leasing office and maintenance team are superb, and always actively ready to support us. Hope we all live in harmony in juncture. At move-out, I was explicitly warned that if I did not return the keys by 9:00 AM, I would be charged additional rent. Despite this, before I returned the keys, the management gave access to a vendor. During that time, freshly painted walls were damaged, and my designer watch went missing. When I raised this issue, the company’s response was that “the vendor denies taking the watch.” Of course, he denies it — no one expects a thief to openly admit theft. This is not a valid argument. Additionally, the management falsely claimed that I had admitted to leaving the apartment unlocked. This is impossible, as I do not speak English or Spanish and could never have made such a statement. I’ve been lucky enough to have lived here at Juncture for the past year. The entire staff is absolutely amazing! Katie the manager, Victoria, Nazila, Lyndsey Dayna and Amber, have always gone above and beyond to ensure that all residents have a great living environment. I’ve met some great people here, and it’s been easy to do with all the events the staff is always planning. So if your interested in meeting people this is the place to be. The staff is very creative when it comes to planning resident events. Examples: Taco Tuesday, Casino Night and many more. So if your looking for a place to meet people, this is definitely it. Maintenance is top notch and are always on top of things willing to help with anything that you might need assistance with. This community is very dog friendly and
