Let me say this was beyond the worse living experience I had. Let me start by saying the apartments are so small and not enough to hold household stuff. They have no amenities but keep going up on the rent, and the two people that used to work in the office Erica Portillo and Elber V was so useless. After I moved they left me hanging on getting my deposit back, The maintenance man Abu don’t do shit sometimes , he can be lazy. It’s been so much going on in that building and to much police always there. What I’m saying is I would never refer my loved ones to live there. They already know about that place I’m so glad I’m gone.
Firstly, I would avoid if you are a woman or have small children. The maintenance man retrieved my personal number on his own and started randomly texting and calling me and would ask if a man was home before working on my apartment unit. Soon, I had to have a man be home with me to feel safe enough to get my apartment fixed. Second, the amenities are useless, as you’ll have to find which floor has a working laundry unit, you’ll notice that the “outdoor patio” and grills are never accessible, and the library and ‘office’ are constantly locked and inaccessible. Third, management shows no kindness or concern for guests well being and are not prompt about *any* matter you bring to them. Save yourself the stress, and rent where you’ll actually enjoy it. Also… let’s not forget—because it’s
This is the worst apartment that I ever rented. The management is terrible. There has been four different rental manager since moving to this apartment building. And each one of them, don't seem to have much knowledge and understanding of how to manage the building. It''s always very hard to get in touch with anyone in the leasing office, whenever you have a problem. You talk to the answering services 95% of the time, then someone in the office. And no one never return your calls. I moved in since 2011 and there is always some problems with the elevator, the garage door and the biggest ongoing problem, is the hot water. The only good thing is the area, with the convenience to the Metro, Ballston mall and the other businesses. The apartment itself, is very small inside. It's not for fam
The apartment is in the heart of the city of Arlington, which makes it accessible to lots of stores, restaurants and even the mall. The building Appartment building itself doesn’t have any accessible utilities doe it’s renters. Like the library, business center, a grill area etc all of that has either being closed or taken down. We the renters only have access to play ground which sucks. I will give them credit that they have a good maintenance response team.
I have a great response, the staff was friendly and I had a great outcome. The first thing to do is send an email and request an appointment and ask for available units. They usually answer back pretty quick, then follow up with a call to confirm an appointment. I did it that way and did not have a single problem with the staff. I have a short temper so I do things the best way to avoid conflict. The fact of the matter is that when you complain at least you have proof of the email you send the management office and the follow up call. The definition of a fact is something you can proved to be true. Remember this , your complains down hear need more information and facts. Great place 👍👍
