The Jordan Apartments

I’ve been here since June of 2025, and I just love it. All my needs have been met, anything that I need they comply with my needs either that day or the next day. It’s so nice that they allow us to have pets, especially for our Senior residence, my mail and packages are always left inside where they are safe and secure, what I like even more is they have a bike room where I can store my bike, which eleviates me from taking up space in my apartment; they also have a day room, a workout room, and a outside terrace where you can get fresh air, free from harm, because it’s on a upper level, I think I made Avery good choice, I’m very pleased

The NEW Jordan is the place to be. If you are looking for luxury 5 min from downtown… The Jordan has all the options you need (right in the apartment). I love living in this space. The NEW management manager (Jacob) made my moving in experience great!!!! I absolutely love living here at The Jordan!!!!! Come see what I am taking about!!!!!!!!

Been a resident here for almost a year, and they just switched to a new management. I honestly like the previous management better. Now to get an issue resolved will take you catching the current leasing agent in the hallway and telling him despite putting in a maintenance request. He often ignores them or comes up with an excuse. I’d also like to point out that with the old management they had cleaners come in daily which kept the apartment nice now they don’t do that anymore and the apartment halls are filthy with rats in the trash room and bugs everywhere on the windows and floors. When you call for maintenance they have the leasing agent come inspect it first before they send out a contractor to work on your issue which can take weeks for them to even acknowledge it. I absolutely love my new place. There is ample amount of street parking and people in the building are friendly. Love the gym, outdoor area and event space.

RUN FAR AWAY! I almost made the mistake of renting an apartment here. Initially I liked the walkable bucolic area and thought it would be a decent option, but there are MAJOR red flags. 1. IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of - I called, emailed, and filled out the online inquiry form probably at least 12 times before anyone ever got back to me. Even at that point, the leasing agent (Tasia?) took quite a while to respond to any of my emails - the background check took almost a week to process. 2. Unwillingness to tour - I'm always reluctant to rent an apartment sight unseen, particularly in the Baltimore Market where some apartments are poorly constructed and maintained. They were unwilling to let me see the apartment I was interested in before signing the lease, even though it was supposedly vaca
