The Jefferson Apartments

Im a current resident. The property mangers and staff are entitled and will accuse you of things you didn't do, or at least they did with me. Appliances are always breaking down or don't work. Like the garbage disposal or the code lock on your front door. All around terrible place to live.

I lived here for three years and had very few issues. Whenever I had a problem, calling the office usually resulted in a quick solution. Shoutout to Sam and Jersey who helped me with the many questions I had during move-out. It’s a great place to live for MSU students!

Just learned of this landlord's unscrupulous practice. I wouldn't approach them for any reason. If they come up with an amiable solution I'll update. If no update proceed with caution and make it a last resort option. They are currently putting a friend through absolute hell. This used to be quaint and quiet downtown property, then this developer came out of the blue with their plans, which have been destroying what used to be a quiet neighborhood. I'll be sure to update city council, as well as those who originally approved the changes and development so that they are aware of what their approvals have done in the lives of young men and women, so they can also proceed with caution when dealing with this developer in the future. Had an entire flee infestation that took a long time to fix after reported. Our apartment was uninhabitable. I would not live here again primarily due to the lack of communication between the office and maintenance in getting the infestation fixed.

I've been living here for ~1.5 months now and everything is going well so far. The lounge is very nice - good for spending time reading books. Let's see how it goes!
