I really miss Mark Watkins, he was awesome and always on top of the issues with the hallways and cleanliness. He did not charge us just to utilize the clubhouse area living room space. The clubhouse was always open and welcoming to the residents. There wasn’t any complaints and everyone got along. If the clubhouse was rented the residents respected that. Now it’s always closed and yes the gym is open but it’s not like it used to be.
Beautiful and spacious modern apartments. Next to PEAC fitness gym which is a phenomenal gym, but crazy expensive ($60 monthly). Otherwise the Jefferson doesn't have any elevators for their buildings. Also the pool is really small, otherwise definitely worth checking out for the Ewing area.
