The Jax Apartments

I have lived at this location for almost 7 years and have seen it managed by several different property managers. The current property management company over Haven Park Apartments is Princeton Property Management. The also manage The Jax, The Ava and several other locations between Portland and Washington. In the time they have been responsible for managing Haven Park I have had a maintenance technician enter my home without permission which I made complaints about a year ago that they continue to refuse to address despite my continued efforts to foster a conversation. I have been threatened to have non rent amounts that are past due sent to collections without them ever having established a time period within which such actions would be taken and no mention of being sent to collections p

Been living here for almost a year with only minor issues. Management and maintenance are great at communicating, area is quiet, and apartment amenities work as they should! The buildings themselves are new, too, and you can't hear your neighbors. Really one of the only issues is parking, as there are limited spots in the complex. Extra cars need to park on the side street which can fill up quick. The trash area can get disgusting too, mainly because some people just won't put their trash IN the dumpster, or leave open food around the bins. But that's not really the fault of management. I don't understand all the negative reviews lol.

I would never recommend anyone to move into these apartments. The manager there is absolutely awful. They lure tenants in with various tactics, but when it’s time to move out, they hit you with additional charges for all sorts of things. On top of that, if you park your car even slightly incorrectly in your designated spot, they might tow it or issue you a fine. These are the worst apartments in Vancouver! It's true.

I do not advise!!!! there are many better apartments, if you don't want problems, you don't have to go here. I have lived in these apartments for a year, and I have serious complaints. the last straw was that: I received a message from the Jax office twice that there would be a discount ($85) when concluding the next contract. I signed the contract, but I found the amount in it without a discount. I asked about it at the office, they said that the message about the discount was wrong. (although it was sent twice - this is a mistake)))) ) terminating the contract is problematic... Often the garbage is not taken out on time... and other things... If suddenly something changes for the better, I will delete my comment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The manager Taylor is awesome! Our movie-in process was well explained and a piece of cake!
