The only redeeming aspects of this building are its location and Brian from maintenance he is a rare bright spot in an otherwise dismal experience.
CONSIDER THIS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN: There is no recycling. One dumpster serves the entire building, it’s not only inconsiderate to the environment and neighboring properties who share the alleyway but also illegal in the city of Denver. The laundry setup - Machines still run on quarters, with the added bonus of a single dryer that’s been jerry-rigged to run nonstop — a clear fire hazard waiting to happen. Our unit had a toilet that never stopped running, an air conditioning system incapable of cooling a single room, and a dishwasher so loud we couldn't run it overnight without losing sleep. Maintenance team here is rapid fire and exceedingly polite. Brian (maintenance) was able to visit my unit and resolve the issue less than an hour after we submitted the request. Props to Brian in specific and the cornerstone team here.

I’ll say 2.5 stars. The cons seem bad, but they’re manageable for a year lease. Pros: - Owner. He is a nice guy thats often on the property and he cares about the property. He is good about getting snow cleared in winter. - Maintenance crew. I’ve seldom had a better one in my life. They’re timely and I had extremely positive experiences every single time. - Location. I walk to wash park all the time. Thats cool. - Wood floors. Idk they look cool 🤷‍♂️ Cons: - Awful A/C. The wall unit is located on the opposite side of the apartment as the bedroom - sleeping in the summer is hellish. - Dirty. Apartment was very dirty when I moved in. I think someone had quickly cleaned it, but used the same rag for everything so I was finding grease stains in random places up until the end of my lease. I spe

Management is 10/10. Some goes for the maintenance. I live in one of the newly renovated units and love the bathroom. Natural hardwood floors. Walls are thin but I don’t hear much of anyone past 9pm. Wash park is about an 8 min walk away.

Well, I have lived here for almost a month now and can comfortably say the walls are paper thin. I even requested a top floor apartment to avoid this issue, but it makes no difference in this building. Can hear both next door neighbors and downstairs neighbor at all times. Icing on the cake: Cornerstone charges a hefty fee to break your lease. Edit about 7 months in: my AC broke, the roof leaked into my bedroom, and my car was stolen from the parking lot. Wish I was exaggerating. Police recovered my car in Aurora, the interior has been pulled apart and it is being deemed a total loss.
