The Jade Apartments - Modern Living with Resort Amenities

We live there it's amazing All the employees are helpful and friendly If you have a problem they take care of it right away away There's so much to do Apartments are equipped with everything Love it Here

The jade apartments are a beautifully remodeled hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping and walking distance to downtown winter haven. The apartments feature a beautiful courtyard with a hot tub, pool, pickle ball, ping pong, private cabanas, grills. There’s also an indoor game room with a pool table. Lots of activities for making friends including yoga on Thursday nights which is free for the residents.

I visited as a response to a job offer when I arrived It took the client a bit respond so I waited at the lobby Darwin the GC greeted as he noticed MY old patrol bag from the ARMY which now I used for quick electrical jobs. I got to say that although I was waiting on another client who happens to live there but being a Vet himself WE connected It was a God send the experience and level comfort was perfect if I was to work for a boss like that he would get nothing but A performance they have remodel these into studios SOHO style

Well kept apartments and grounds, moving in January first from newly remodeled high rise apartments, so much more at the Jade with washer and dryer and dishwasher in unit plus free wifi , pool, spa, gym and rec room with pool and ping pong tables...also outside grills and huge theater for movies and televised games. All very clean and manicured.

My search for a home is officially over after finding this place. The apartments are stunning! What sold me even more was how helpful the staff was and how easy they made the whole process. Can’t wait to move in next week and call this my home!
