I cannot recommend my experience with realtor Jaydan Heron (J&B team) of IXL Real Estate. My home was listed for months and received only one offer during that time. There was also a lack of proactive marketing and communication. Jaydan left one open house early and delegated another open house to a different agent without notifying me beforehand. I do NOT recommend this agent based on my experience. The purchase agreement for my property contained multiple errors and contradictory terms that would have created legal obligations for me as the seller. When I pointed these issues out, instead of correcting the contract properly, I was pressured to ‘trust’ the agent’s interpretation and told that the issues could not be fixed even though they absolutely could.
