The Clubhouse is finished and the Resort Style Pool is spacious with cabanas and a lap pool and there's a large fitness center. The community also includes a restaurant. Enjoy kayaking, tennis, pickle ball and other classes and activities. If you don't want to wait for the builder, consider a re-sale. We see them now in MLS. Also, be sure to take your Realtor on your first visit to see the builder. Remember, the seller's pay the buyer's broker compensation so why go alone?

Christopher Ligotti was incredibly rude, condensending and ignorant. He treated us very poorly when we said our budget was $500,000, didn't want to show us any homes (that btw don't include the lot). He then tried to mansplain to my wife how the real estate market works and that he guarantees if we didn't buy now the prices will only go up.

Stayed on a play and stay weekend to explore community. No hard sales pressure. Quiet and restful. Don't miss Naples Botanical Gardens nearby. Great lunch there

Looks nice from the outside but be careful. Can hear snoring and other noises from the common bedroom wall in a villa. Very, very unpleasantly surprised at this, especially at the sales price. Also some real community flooding issues that are not just related to hurricane Irma.
