The Islands Apartments and Townhomes

We lived at The Islands for about 3 years and we loved living there. The only reason we moved out was that we bought a house. The facility is kept beautifully with constant maintenance and improvements ongoing. Both the office staff and the maintenance staff are very helpful and are quick to respond to inquiries, maintenance tickets, and general info sharing. The pool is lovely, and there are activities for residents for special occasions/holidays. Every once in a while they get a food truck to come out, which is a nice treat. The office staff, Stacy, Becky, and Katie are all wonderful and very helpful. We can't say enough great things about The Islands, and highly recommend.

I've lived at The Islands for 6 months now and it has been fantastic. The facilities are super clean and the landscaping is always well kept and gorgeous. Maintenance has been extraordinary and will fix any of my issues within 24 hours. Very responsive and quick to address any concerns which is completely different than anywhere else I've lived. I have been super impressed with management as well. They are always so informative and communicative and answer promptly. I had an issue in my apartment that I wanted addressed and they immediately took action and went above and beyond to get it fixed. I would highly recommend living here, the prices and location are also unbeatable. I love it here and will definitely be sticking around!

I have been living here going on 2 years and I really like living here. My neighbors are the best! And, I want to give a shout out to our maintenance team. Every time I have had an issue they were quick to respond. Most recently I had family & friends visit from out of state. My bedroom alarm was constantly beeping & my toilet was running non stop. I put in a request that morning, went to pick up a few groceries, & when I got home both issues had been addressed! Keep up the good work! The leasing office ladies are great as well!

A wonderful community! All maintenance staff and office ladies are so helpful and kind. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. So happy to have found this gem and call it home :)

I couldn’t be happier to call the Islands home! The people who work here are warm and friendly— special shoutout to Katie in the front office and Adam on the maintenance team!! Any maintenance requests are always taken care of so quickly and it’s super easy to get in touch as needed. The Islands has cultivated a really welcoming neighborhood and I’ve met great people here. The amenities are well maintained as well— It is overall an amazing place to live!!
