From the very beginning, Nate made the entire experience seamless and reassuring. As someone who tends to be anxious, I truly appreciated how patient, responsive, and detail-oriented he was. He answered all of my questions promptly and made me feel completely comfortable moving forward. I was able to tour and sign my lease in a very short period of time thanks to how efficient and organized he is. When I arrived yesterday, the apartment was spotless and exactly as promised, which meant a lot to me. I’m genuinely looking forward to enjoying my time here. Working with the How group has truly been a dream and a blessing for both my fiancé and I. Coming from 100+ miles away we were both a bit anxious and didn’t know what this city had to offer, and having this been our first time moving in to a place of our own, we honestly had no clue what we were doing. Nate was truly incredible. I’m from Connecticut, and during my time here, he assisted me in securing the apartment I desired. His communication was excellent, and he was both helpful and understanding—qualities that are rare to find, even in a professional setting. Nate was fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with.
