The Irving Apartments

I have lived at The Irving since its opening in 2023. As the first person to occupy my unit, the apartment was (and remains) in excellent condition. The units are on the small side (none exceed 600 sf), however, they are modern and nicely appointed. The in-unit laundry was a big selling point for me and has worked out great. The building's common spaces (library, dog wash, mail room, bike storage, and rooftop) are cleaned weekly and function as nice amenities for the building. The rooftop offers great views of the neighborhood / mountains and features an outdoor TV, grills, fire pit, corn hole, public restrooms, and a variety of seating. Update: I finally moved in, and the process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Michael and Stephanie, the property management team, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my move. Thanks Michael and Stephanie! Michael was so accommodating and awesome through the entire process. Very clean property and friendly staff.

Just moved in today! Michael and Viviana are so kind and welcoming. this is my first solo apartment, and they both have made me feel safe and comfortable in my new place! I am excited to meet my neighbors and explore the neighborhood :) Thanks guys!!

I've been here for 3 months now and is everything I needed. Privacy is perfect. The crazy person on prev reviews is gone. Walls and windows are sound proof and people here is very respectful. But if you also like making friends is up to you. Rooftop is very nice.

So thankful for Matt and the team here. My Washer was leaking and they came in on a Saturday, took everything out, helped clean up, and set up a fan to help dry it out that very same day. He had a new Washer and Dryer installed in my apartment within the next week and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Living here is great!
