The Inverness

As a long-term resident I have enjoyed living at The Inverness for many reasons starting with location and proximity to essentials like grocery stores, drug stores, and gas stations. The management staff and maintenance crew are terrific. Since Westdale took over our management recently the services and amenities continue seamlessly, and they are very responsive to needs that come up. This is a quiet, pleasant place to live and you just can't beat the central location.

Recently they have changed the maintenance staffs. New staffs are not skilled. I had to wait more than a week to get them fix something in my apartment. Guess what, it was not fixed correctly. I had to put another work order online. It’s so frustrating. I didn’t have good experience with the new office staff as well. They are too busy to reply an email. I hope top management will take necessary action to resolve those problems and arrange proper training for maintenance as well as office staffs.

The customer service at this place is horrible. NICOLE is beyond belief absolute no customer service…. I’m definitely declining my application, I went to go view the floor plan in person that I was applying for and upon walk in I had to speak to them and when I asked her about the units she acted as if I was bothering her!!!! I wouldn’t dare spend a minute in this office with this staff let alone a year!! A word of advice: do better the office and the staff set the tone for future resident actually applying I’m sure you guys did some type of modules or training on customer service!!! Safe to say I would not be applying here!! And no I wasn’t denied or whatever you’re thinking that lead to this review!!! It’s truly the customer service of the office staff!! I cracked a tooth during lunch and needed an emergency dentist. They saw me quickly, fixed the issue, and I walked out pain-free. The whole team was professional and kind.

This apartment community was so nice when Mr. Morgan Rivera and Kay were operating the office. If you had a noise complaint it was taken care of immediately. If you had maintenance issues it was addressed. I moved out due to the lack of empathy from the office and staff when it came to loud music being played at all hours of the night. Drugs being sold on premises and it smell through the hallway. I complained several times through the app but no one would reply for weeks. And calling or emailing was a complete joke. I found out they had my emails going to spam. When I did talk to the office to address my concerns they said they can’t do anything about the pot smoking because they have to physically see the accused with it.
