I noticed that the only review here for Mr. Alex Cisneros is 7 years old and the guy raved about the service he got. I cannot understand that because I worked with Alex for several months from mid to late 2024 and the guy is simply beyond belief. He is young, very bright, honest, experienced, professional, personable, cordial, thoughtful, humble, diplomatic, logical, and above all extremely energetic. He refuses to accept that something cannot be done if he works at it hard enough. AND THEN, he proceeds to prove it! I was selling my house and from the very beginning he helped me stratagize solutions for clearing the house with garage sales and estate sales, improving the street appeal with landscaping, and assisting with finding folks to do repairs and cleaning before the sale starts.

I’m giving some MAD PROPS to Lex Cisneros with The Infinity Group at RE/MAX Northwest, Inc. This man is serious about customer service and going the extra mile. Frankly, that’s an understatement. This man will move Heaven and Earth as your advocate. And he does it in a respectful and professional way. This guy kicks *ss to put it plainly. Being a first-time homebuyer is frankly, both a learning and a daunting experience. Lex was there for me 100% the entire time in a 100% professional and committed capacity. That’s the truth folks. This man will give it to you straight and FOLLOW THROUGH. Ditto for his group leader, Sam Cardenas. These guys are great and I fully intend to do business with them again the next time
